Jay Kristoff/Amie Kaufman and Claire Legrand were new authors to me last year too (although I read Furyborn... I did pick up Sawkill Girls when it was on sale on Black Friday weekend though). Sky in the Deep is on my Winter TBR, so hopefully I'll get to that one.
